**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate between project sites, office teams, and vendors
- Maintain and organize documents, reports, and project files
- Assist in preparing project presentations, reports, and documentation
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information professionally
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project milestones
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Coordinator (construction or real estate preferred)
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Knowledge of construction terminology or project documentation is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
