**Job Title: Female Office Assistant**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
- Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
- Handle indoor document delivery between departments.
- Assist in photocopying, printing, and filing of documents.
- Organize and manage office supplies (stocking, distribution, etc.).
- Handle mail and packages (incoming/outgoing).
- Provide general support to administrative and HR departments.
- Run basic errands within or outside the office premises when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an office assistant is a plus but not mandatory.
- Polite, professional, and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
