Develop and implement BTL marketing plans and campaigns to support brand objectives and drive sales.
- Coordinate and execute various BTL activities, including but not limited to: experiential marketing events, product demonstrations, roadshows, sampling programs, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment of BTL initiatives with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand promotion and visibility, such as sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in BTL activities, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify insights and opportunities for optimizing BTL strategies.
- Track and measure the performance of BTL campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain BTL marketing materials and assets, including POS displays, signage, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in BTL marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand messaging and representation across all BTL touchpoints.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
