**Job Title**: Production Supervisor
**Reports to**: Operations Manager
**Location**: Ghaziabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to ensure manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. This role is responsible for leading a team of production workers, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor production workflow and make real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency and output.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, downtime logs, and inventory levels.
- Enforce safety guidelines and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, logistics) to resolve production issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
- Manage raw materials, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted production.
- Report production metrics and provide feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech or diploma in Electrical /Mechanical
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with production software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights, as needed.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
