Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain juicing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
- Create new juice and smoothie recipes to keep the menu exciting and cater to customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Provide information about menu items and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Ingredient Handling**:

- Select, wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for juicing and blending.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and free from spoilage.
- Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, and inform the manager when restocking is needed.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including washing utensils, blenders, juicers, and other equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register, handle cash, and process credit/debit card transactions accurately.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- **Promotions and Upselling**:

- Promote special offers, new menu items, and upsell additional items to customers.
- Provide customers with information about loyalty programs and promotions.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹44,909.74 per month
