**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Packaging and Shipping Operator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have recently completed their 12th grade education and are eager to gain valuable experience in the packaging and shipping industry. The Packaging and Shipping Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly packaged and prepared for shipment according to company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Package products according to company guidelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th grade education required.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Reliable and punctual.
