About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our

growing team. As a teacher at KCMS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for child development and a commitment to providing a nurturing and

inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school

curriculum and national standards.
- Deliver interactive and differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning

styles and needs.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes active

learning and collaboration.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support

student academic progress.
- Design and implement creative activities and projects that stimulate critical

thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity.

students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the overall development of the school community through

participation in professional development activities, school events, and
