**Major Responsibilities**:

- Conduct half yearly stock take/ inventory hygiene for all categories
- Monthly review of all Fresh categories
- Maintain a monthly stock ageing & cover report for all categories
- Daily tracking of D&E Report, GRN Pending report, High Shrinkage article count, backroom replenishment report, Consumption report, Sampling report and other reports
- Create reports on Shrinkage control, D&E, Inventory Hygiene, process checks.
- Coordinate with Store teams and management to ensure audits and cluster visits
- Regularly conduct spot checks, store visits to ensure upkeep of the stores and policy mandates
- Ensure all DC & DSD delivery trackers are maintained

**Key Competencies**:

- Previous experience in Loss prevention/ store operations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of operations management, retail standards and policies
- Proficient in MS Excel

**Formal Education**
- Graduation/ MBA from a reputed institute
- Certification in Operations Management will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
