We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Telecaller Executive** to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Provide information about residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure continuous engagement.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive..
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
