**Job Description**:
**Sr. No. Primary responsibility**
**1 Should poses end to end knowledge in Retirals Function such as PF Trust/RPFC & Gratuity**
**2 Handling Statutory Compliance w.r.t. EPFO and Labour Department**
**3 Have knowledge of PF and Gratuity Administrative and financing functions**
**4 Providing first level resolution to employee issues**
**5 Ensure all queries are addressed & Handle escalations and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience**
**6 Escalating to unresolved queries to next level**
**7 Tracking, routing, and redirecting to correct stakeholders**
**8 Ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per agreed service level agreement.**
**9 Circulate weekly report to all stake holders**
**10 Set up regular call with all stake holders & discuss unresolved issues & take it for closure
**Primary Skills**:
**2 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal**
**3 Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate local regulatory and compliance requirement into an ongoing operational framework**
**4 Internal and external stakeholder relationship Management**
**5 Provide timely solution on the issue escalated**
**6 Customer service focus with controllership mind set and positive can-do attitude
