**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate laser machines for various production tasks.
- Perform daily planning of production activities.
- Ensure routine maintenance of machines as per instructions.
- Assist with printing tasks and manage production schedules.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other computer operations.
- Optional: Handling DTP work using software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop (advantageous).

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **(The first 4 months will be a training period where you will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role.After the training period, there will be a performance evaluation, and based on your performance, you may receive a salary hike.)**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass. Preferred: 12th pass, ITI, or Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers welcome 1-2 years of relevant experience is a bonus.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
- DTP skills are a plus but not mandatory.
