Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for **Associate UX Designer **to join their team in Bangalore, India.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Participate with higher level analyst/designer on project teams to create effective, usable and satisfying user experiences with information technology
- Participate in user-centered design activities
- Participate in conducting user research through interviews, field studies and surveys
- Assist in the definition of user requirements and usability goals
- Support and aid in the creation of user interaction design alternatives and the building of prototypes
- Participate in conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations and other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of designs
- Diagnoses simple usability issues and recommends changes

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Must have experience in most of the core UX skill areas for simplifying user experience, especially with a product-industry background
- Must be a self-starter with positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment
- Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside
- Must have experience in development of solutions through brainstorming, sketching, and creation of mockups and prototypes, regularly seeking feedback from the team
- Must have experience in participating and leading UX research activities
- Must have hands-on work experience with Sketch, InVision or Figma
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze and prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, UX specifications
- Must have experience in coordinating with various stakeholders viz product owners, business analysts, development and QA teams across multiple time-zones
- Must have strong teambuilding skills
- Must have experience in reviewing results of surveys and analytics to understand the impact on the products
- Good to have experience in conducting user interviews and usability tests
- Good to have applied experience using Apple HIG design standard or Google’s Material Design standards for web apps
- Good to have experience in creation of design systems
- Good to have experience in UX for e-commerce platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of relevant hands on experience in UX (User Experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction/User Experience Design, or equivalent experience, is required
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred.
