Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office supplies and order as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.

2. Accounts Administration:

- Assist in processing invoices and receipts.
- Keep accurate records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team in basic accounting tasks.

3. Data Entry and Filing:

- Input data into spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office administrative or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
