Job description For Field Executive - Cosmetic Sales

Salary Range: Based on skills, experience, and interview performance

**Skills**:
Strong communication skills, Attention to detail, Problem-solving, Customer service, Organization, Time management, Data collection, Basic computer proficiency, Ability to follow instructions, Flexibility, Valid driver's license

**Work Arrangement**: On Field and Client Office.

**Gender Preference**: Male/Female

**Experience Requirement**: 2 To 4 Years of Experience

**Preliminary Roles and Duties**:

- Sales: Meeting with clients, generating new business, and achieving sales targets
- Client relationships: Maintaining and building relationships with clients, and ensuring existing clients are serviced
- Market research: Conducting market research or client satisfaction surveys
- Sales strategies: Developing sales strategies, models, and forecasts, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Reporting: Preparing sales proposals and statistical reports, and providing feedback to management
- Presentations: Conducting presentations and demonstrations of company products
- Travel: Travelling to different locations to meet clients
- Meetings: Attending meetings, sales events, and trainings
- Database: Maintaining and expanding a client database

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
