**Data input**: Entering financial data from source documents like invoices, purchase orders, bank statements, and receipts into the accounting system.
- **Data validation**: Verifying the accuracy of entered data by cross-checking information and identifying any discrepancies.
- **Coding**: Assigning appropriate account codes to transactions to ensure proper categorization and reporting.
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining organized digital records of all financial transactions.
- **Batch processing**: Batching data entry tasks to ensure efficient processing and timely completion.
- **Error correction**: Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly.
- **Reporting**: Generating basic financial reports based on entered data as needed.
- **Strong attention to detail**: To minimize errors when entering financial data
- **High typing accuracy**: Efficiently inputting large volumes of data
- **Basic accounting knowledge**: Understanding of accounting principles and terminology
- **Proficiency in accounting software**: Familiarity with commonly used accounting programs like QuickBooks or SAP
- **Data entry skills**: Ability to accurately transfer information from paper to digital format
- **Numerical aptitude**: Comfortable working with numbers and calculations
- **Organizational skills**: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,759.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
