**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Introduce foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, science, and art through hands-on activities and play.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, including storytelling, songs, games, and sensory experiences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and manage student behavior with positive reinforcement techniques.
- **Student Development**:

- Observe and assess children’s progress and development through structured and informal observations.
- Identify and address developmental delays or learning challenges in collaboration with specialists.
- Encourage the development of social skills, self-regulation, and independence.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance and development.
- Provide regular updates through newsletters or digital platforms.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with teaching assistants, other educators, and school staff to create a cohesive educational environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Administer first aid when necessary and follow emergency procedures.
- Promote healthy habits such as hygiene, nutrition, and physical activity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
