**About the Role**:
We are looking for a smart, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and explain our digital services and products clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients.
- Resolve client concerns with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement based on customer insights.
- Basic knowledge of **Excel** is preferred. If not, we will provide training.

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

**Project Coordinator / Operations Executive**
- Manage daily communication between teams and clients for ongoing digital/IT projects.
- Track project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting to management.
- Coordinate meetings, document project requirements, and follow up on tasks.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in company systems or CRMs.
