**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Identify and onboard influencers across tiers (nano, micro, macro).
- Coordinate content briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign timelines with creators.
- Support in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and basic commercial terms with influencers and agencies.
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and manage a database of creator contacts.
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer content formats, and emerging talent.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in **D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle** brands.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of campaign tracking tools and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media trends.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
