**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate **Sustainability Intern** with a background in fashion and sustainability studies to support our initiatives towards eco-friendly practices. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable sourcing, material research, and impact assessment within the fashion industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in researching sustainable materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
- Support in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for our fashion products.
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and impact analysis of materials and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure sustainable sourcing and ethical practices.
- Prepare reports on sustainability metrics and initiatives.
- Assist in auditing the supply chain for compliance with sustainability standards.
- Research emerging trends in sustainable fashion and propose innovative ideas.
- Participate in awareness campaigns and internal sustainability workshops.
- Document processes and maintain sustainability records for certifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and concepts (e.g., circular fashion, eco-friendly fabrics, ethical sourcing).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Internship Duration**:

- 3 to 6 months (extension based on performance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
