Job opening for the position of **“Executive - purchase”**

**Responsibilities**:

- Enquires for quotations
- Finalization of Rates.
- To send “purchase orders” to vendors.
- Material follow up to vendor (Follow-up to Transport & courier).
- Coordinate with Finance department for Monitoring Payment releases to vendors and On time Material receivables.
- Imported materials clearing.
- Ability to understand Materials requirements.
- Can effectively know the availability of materials with cost effective.
- Negotiate with Vendors
- Develop Vendor database
- Prepare Comparative Statement for the products which are procured from outside market.
- Independently prepare Terms & Conditions of Prices, Quantity and Delivery timelines.
- Ability to understand Inventory Management.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- Prepare MIS Reports periodically and submit to Management.

**Desired Specifications**:
**Experience: 0 - 1 year**

**Qualification**:Any Graduation or Post Graduation.

**Gender: FEMALE**

**Work Location**: Hyderabad.

**Skills Must Have**: Active & Good Communication skills.

**Languages**: English, Telugu, Hindi.

**Salary : 18000/- to 30000/- CTC**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - 500018, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
