- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Check-in/Check-out Services**:

- Handle the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process reservations and ensure that guests are assigned to the appropriate accommodations or services.
- Assist in making reservations or changes as needed.
- **Billing and Payment Handling**:

- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle any billing issues.
- Ensure all charges are accurate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Housekeeping and Maintenance Requests**:

- Relay guest requests for housekeeping, maintenance, or other services to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- **General Support**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Support other departments and staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and feedback.
- Update guest profiles as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

**Education and Experience**:
