**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in academic projects and technical skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in computer science and integrate them into teaching.
- Participate in departmental meetings, events, and student mentorship initiatives.
- Encourage innovation and problem-solving among students through workshops and seminars.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA or related discipline.
- Prior teaching experience or academic research exposure is desirable.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong technical and communication skills may also apply.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C/C++, SQL.
- Familiarity with platforms such as GitHub, VS Code, and online LMS tools.
- Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills.
- A passion for mentoring and guiding students.
