**Job Title**:Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design Development: Develop and refine retail fit out designs, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

2. Space Planning: Plan and optimize retail spaces to maximize sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

3. Materials and Finishes: Select and specify materials and finishes that meet our clients' brand standards and budget requirements.

4. Construction Documentation: Prepare and coordinate construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and tender packages.

5. Tender and Construction Administration: Assist with tendering and construction administration, including site visits, progress meetings, and defect reporting.

6. Client Liaison: Communicate and collaborate with clients, including presenting designs, responding to queries, and addressing concerns.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team, including architects, interior designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality retail fit outs.

8. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design and fit out.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail architecture or fit out design
