About the job

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Gather requirements of all electronic components from the operations team.

2. Prepare Material Requisition Plan for the requirements and shortages

3. Locating, Evaluating & Administering local and international vendors & maintaining healthy relations with all vendors

4. Negotiating contracts based on target prices using the First Principle rule for Capital investments and operational requirements

5. Process approvals for the vendors and process POs

6. Prioritising material procurement based on lead time, cost, forecast - thus ensuring timely delivery as per plan

7. Following up for delivery on the required time

8. Ensuring smooth import of materials from the right source with thorough documentation

9. Arrange logistics for delivery and offer for IQC

10. Post IQC share report with vendor and return defective items by issues debit notes along with arrangement of reverse

11. Manage account payables for the vendors using ledger matching every week

12. Arrange reverse-logistics which include getting the defective parts replaced if found rejected or under warranty

13. Book purchase in Tally

14. Prepare & maintains purchase documents such as purchase order, test certificates, quality certificates, warranties for raw material, etc.

15. Producing monthly purchase analysis reports
- MIS

16. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly outbound payment forecast

17. Visiting vendors & inspecting material as per standard operating procedures

Qualifications:
1. Electronics/Electrical experience of about 3+ years, preferably worked in the electronics manufacturing company where turnover is above 20cr at least

2. Good understanding of LED and its technical parameters

3. Expertise in MS Excel

4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably in Electronics/Electrical

6. Hands-on in Tally and/or SAP/ERP

7. Ticketing software such as Jira.

8. Strong interpersonal skills

9. Must be capable of working under pressure

10. Strong Negotiation Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
