**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **end-to-end UI/UX design process**, from research to final implementation.
- Conduct **user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing** to understand user needs.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs** using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Develop **design systems, UI components, and style guides** to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with **developers, product managers, and stakeholders** to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- Optimize UI designs for **responsiveness, accessibility, and performance** across devices.
- Stay updated on the **latest UI/UX trends and best practices** to enhance product designs.
- Gather **user feedback and iterate** on designs based on usability testing and analytics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing **user-centered design processes** and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Experience with **HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles**.
- Experience with **design systems, style guides, and component libraries**.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools** (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of **A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics**.

**Working Location : Mohali(Punjab)**

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
