**Job Description**:
Are you a digital news enthusiast with a passion for staying ahead of the news curve? Taaza TV is seeking a talented Digital News Editor to join our news channel and lead our online news content strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create sharp, memorable written pieces that prompt readers to take action.
- Review, edit, and proofread news articles, features, and reports related to Bengal, ensuring they adhere to the organization's editorial standards, style guidelines, and ethical principles.
- Craft compelling headlines, engaging leads, and sub-headings that accurately reflect the essence of the news story.
- Collaborate with reporters, videographers, and multimedia designers to ensure posts are engaging and aligned with the organization's vision.
- Optimize content for publication across various social media sites, utilizing your expert knowledge of leading social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Schedule copy for release at optimal times, ensuring maximum audience reach and engagement.
- Monitor users' engagement with and feedback on every article, using insights to continually improve content quality.
- Analyze and report on the effects of publications, providing valuable feedback for future content development.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a journalist at a similar company.
- Proven track record as a Digital News Editor or in a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of leading social media sites and their algorithms.
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced news environment and meeting tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
