Sales Coordinator

Job description:
- 1) Assisting Senior Marketing Manager
2) Raising indents of the sales order / documentation part.
3) Responsible for preparation of Quotations and sending to customers.
4) Ensure Co-ordination through mails with clients.
5) Ensure sending samples to the customers
6) Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
7) Operating on ERP software
8) Follow up for payments
9) Co-ordination with Lab in regards to sample preparations and customer material testing reports.
