**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements to maximise profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related field **(minimum 3 years] years preferred).**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
