Job description
Entering Order Received in SAP System and creating all relevant documents in the system for seamless order processing.**Key Responsibilities: -**Understand from Marketing the products ordered by Customer and entering the same in SAP system.
Co-ordinating with other teams (Market support & Production Planning) for information and entering the same in system.
Creating sampling request in sap system for Plant to prepare samples.

Timely order process as per request given (d)
Preparation of order documents Program -Proforma, PO upload
Factory Production docs like pre pmt, PMT, sales order etc.),
Understanding the Order requirement over every step and act accordingly (d)
**Note**:alphabets mentioned above with every point are indicative of time frequency as follows:(d)-daily, (w)-weekly, (m)-monthly, (y)
- yearly (a)
- as & when required**Major Duties**1. Creating all documents required for order processing & Sampling in SAP system.2. Follow-up with Respective team for incomplete information for smooth entry in system.3. Executing reports in SAP system and sending them to concern person for review.**Minor Duties**1. Sharing of Responsibilities of Marketing support team2. Maintain the data in Electronic files**Most difficult / demanding part of this job**Continuous updating of product knowledge.Timely and accurate data entry in system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
