Trainee Barista

**Gracias Granny**, a vibrant Mexican quick-service restaurant, was founded two years ago and has now expanded into a second location in Chembur. We are looking for a passionate Barista to lead our coffee operations. If you love coffee and delivering great customer service, we’d love to have you on board.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, milkshakes, mocktails and more.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Engage with customers, helping them choose from our menu and explaining different coffee options.
- Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash.
- Assist in stock and inventory management for coffee supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
