Position: Primary Classroom Teacher

Location: Mindful Montessori ELC, Hyderabad/Financial District Gachibowli

Type: Full-Time 9.00 a.m.5.00 p.m.

What We’re Looking For:
Montessori Certification: AMS or AMI Primary certification preferred/Any Early Education Certification/B.Ed.

Experience: Previous experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic educators eager to embrace the Montessori philosophy.

Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their independence and curiosity.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities: Create and maintain a Montessori-inspired classroom that supports the developmental needs of primary-aged children.

Plan and implement individualized learning plans that align with Montessori principles.

Foster a nurturing, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere for students, parents, and colleagues.

Continuously assess and respond to the needs and progress of each child.
