**Position Summary**: Juego Studio is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead and innovate in the design of our digital products, including web, mobile web, and social media graphics. This role demands a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency, ensuring compelling, user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Leadership**: Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile web that align with our brand's vision and user needs.- ** Tasks**: Develop comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts effectively; oversee the creation of high-quality final designs.
- ** Graphic Design Production**: Create visually appealing graphics tailored for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- ** Tasks**: Conceptualize and execute graphic designs that enhance digital marketing efforts and user engagement.
- ** Collaboration and Strategy**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate user experience strategies that align with business objectives.
- ** Tasks**: Participate in strategic discussions, provide expert design insights, and support the implementation of design best practices across the company.
- ** User Research and Testing**: Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
