We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our prestigious Medical Education Academy. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our post-MBBS courses to doctors and medical professionals. If you are passionate about healthcare education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong sales acumen, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate sales leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers, primarily focusing on doctors and medical professionals interested in pursuing post-MBBS courses.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to identify potential clients and convert them into enrolled students.
- Understand prospective students' needs, educational background, and career aspirations to provide personalized guidance and recommendations on suitable post-MBBS courses offered by our academy.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our medical education programs.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns to facilitate their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and materials that align with the target audience and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and enrollment progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and industry developments in medical education and healthcare to effectively communicate the academy's offerings to prospective students.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the academy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical education programs, post-MBBS courses, and the medical profession.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
