**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Handle walk-in inquiries and schedule virtual consultations via Google Meet or other platforms.
- Assess client eligibility and provide detailed guidance on immigration programs and visa categories.
- **Counseling Services**:

- Educate clients on available visa options, including Study, Work, PR, Tourist, Spouse, and Investor visas.
- Help clients choose the best pathway based on their goals and qualifications.
- **Documentation Guidance**:

- Ensure all submissions are accurate and meet the respective immigration authorities' standards.
- **Process Coordination**:

- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on immigration policies, eligibility criteria, and changes in global immigration trends.
- Provide accurate and updated information to clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to build trust and credibility.
- Handle client concerns or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- **Sales Support**:

- Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by explaining service benefits and showcasing Abroad Xchange’s expertise.
- Achieve individual and team targets for consultations and client conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Communication, or International Relations).
- 1+ years of experience as an Immigration Counselor or similar role in the immigration industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of global immigration laws and visa processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
