Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.Pitch products and services, highlighting their benefits and addressing any customer queries or concerns.Generate leads and convert them into sales through consistent follow-up and persuasion.Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in the CRM system.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Follow up with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.Handle customer objections effectively and professionally, turning negative responses into potential sales.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales strategies.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell to customers.
