**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.

Introduce the company's real estate properties and services over the phone.

Answer incoming calls from potential clients and address their inquiries or concerns regarding properties.

Schedule property viewings for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.

Follow up with leads to ensure potential clients are engaged and interested in the company's properties.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the company's CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Stay updated on the latest property listings and developments in the real estate market.

Provide feedback to management on customer inquiries, market trends, and client preferences.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Customer Service Representative, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales understanding and ability to persuade potential clients.

Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs regarding properties.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
