**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in local businesses, introducing our website development and digital marketing services.
- Understand the customer’s needs and explain the benefits of having a professional website and online presence.
- Generate leads by collecting relevant information and scheduling appointments.
- Follow up with interested leads and provide additional information as required.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries about our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and meet company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection with resilience.
- Basic knowledge of website development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalli Pacchim, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
