**We’re Hiring - Sales Officer (Sagar)**
**Company**: Mehat Tea Pvt. Ltd., Indore (Tea & Detergent Manufacturer)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle sales operations in assigned territory
- Visit retailers & distributors regularly to generate orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising
- Appoint and manage new retailers/distributors
- Collect market feedback & competitor information

**Requirements**:

- Graduate preferred (minimum 12th pass)
- 2-4 years FMCG sales experience (Tea/Detergent preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Own 2-wheeler & valid driving license

**Salary**: Fixed + Incentives + TA/DA
**Work**: 6 days/week, field job
**Location**: Sagar, MP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
