**Job Title: Supply Chain Executive**

**Location**: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
**Industry**: Metal / Manufacturing
**Experience Required**: 1-2 years

**Job Purpose**:
To support end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain operations.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Support logistics activities including transportation, freight booking, and documentation.
- Monitor inward and outward material flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and related documentation.
- Track and resolve supply discrepancies, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with vendors.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports for management review.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of supply chain management in manufacturing/metal industry.
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management & logistics.
- Good command of MS Excel, ERP/SAP or other supply chain software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Commerce or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics in the manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
