As a **Salesforce - SAP S/4 HANA Integration**, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes flow smoothly between these two critical systems, enabling data exchange, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Integration Design & Solution Architecture**:

- Design and architect solutions for seamless integration between **Salesforce** and **SAP S/4 HANA** to ensure efficient data flow between CRM and ERP systems.
- Develop integration strategies based on business requirements, aligning Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA capabilities to meet enterprise needs.
- Define integration touchpoints and data flows between Salesforce, SAP S/4 HANA, and other connected systems.
- **Implementation & Configuration**:

- Lead and support the configuration of integration interfaces using **SAP PI/PO**, **SAP CPI**, **Salesforce Connect**, and other integration tools.
- Develop custom connectors and middleware to enable communication between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Implement data mappings, transformations, and API configurations to ensure consistent and accurate data exchange.
- **Requirement Gathering & Analysis**:

- Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and key stakeholders to gather integration requirements and document business processes.
- Analyze and document current and future state integration requirements between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Propose and recommend best practices for integration architecture based on industry standards.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and execute integration test cases to validate end-to-end processes between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Perform integration testing, ensure proper data synchronization, and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA systems.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**:

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues between Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Work with technical teams to resolve integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and system downtimes.
- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for existing integration solutions.
- **Training & Knowledge Transfer**:

- Provide training to business users and technical teams on the integration solution, its architecture, and its functionalities.
- Document the integration processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge transfer.
- **Continuous Improvement & Optimization**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA technologies, integration tools, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system performance, scalability, and integration efficiency.
- Monitor integration processes to proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
