**Job Title**: US Accounting Bookkeeper

**Working Hours**: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record financial transactions accurately into accounting software, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in generating and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring all records align with financial statements.
- Tax Filing Preparation: Assist in preparing financial data for tax filings, including sales tax, income tax, and other required reports.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with US-based clients or teams regarding financial data, reports, and other bookkeeping tasks.
- Accounting Software Usage: Utilize various accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or others) for data entry, reporting, and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to accounting, such as organizing and billing financial documents and reports.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably with exposure to US-based clients or accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including the ability to create financial spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis.
- Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
- Understanding of basic US accounting principles and tax filings (including but not limited to sales tax, payroll, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teams or clients in the US.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
