The Duty Doctor is responsible for providing medical care and support to patients receiving chemotherapy at our day care center. This role involves close collaboration with oncologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Provide direct medical care to patients undergoing chemotherapy, including managing symptoms, addressing complications, and offering supportive care.
- **Medical Assessments**: Conduct initial assessments, review medical histories, and monitor patient responses to treatment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with oncologists and healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and team members, providing information and education about treatment processes and patient care.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to manage acute medical situations, providing immediate care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatments, and responses in medical records.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest developments in chemotherapy and oncology care to enhance patient treatment and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
- Experience in oncology or chemotherapy care is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
