- 3 to 5 years Technical experience working in Security Operation Centre for a big global organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong Knowledge on Installation/Configuration of all available SIEM components.
- Responsible for checking new patch and updated released by vendor and verify if any known issue is getting fixed.
- Responsible for data and configuration backup of SIEM components.
- Responsible for storage clean-up from SIEM Components on periodic basis make sure that they have enough free storage for normal operation.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues generated on SIEM components and fix them.
- Track and ensure no long pending tickets exist.
- Prepare weekly incident status report for Third Party, obsolete & Critical Infrastructure Tickets.
- Identification and Tracking of Significant Incidents from Overall Incident Pool.
