**Job Summary**:

- The CMM operator is responsible for the measurement of all products (Injection molded parts, Assembly parts & tool manufacturing electrode & Steel) to the customer’s specification. They are also responsible for the calibration of the fixture& Measuring devices. This position is critical to the mold development and tuning process.
- Calibration of CMM probes as required for each product to be inspected.
- Set-up of work-holding to procedure.
- Ability to read and understand CMM inspection reports, manual inspection results with reference to the relevant customer supplied drawings / models, and communicate outcomes and issues with Quality, Engineering and Operations.
- Execution of CMM programs and review / sign-off of the completed inspection report.
- Utilization of other inspection methods to verify any feature where CMM has inspection limitations.

- Ability to operate all CMM’s within the facility( Zeiss Contura)
- Involvement in determining CMM Inspection schedules to ensure efficient operation of the CMM facility and achievement of internal / external customer delivery dates.
- Supporting quality team with calibration activity requiring CMM inspection.
- Work reasonable shift / overtime / flexible hours as requested by the company.
- Writing or editing programming for new projects.
- Proficient in MSA & SPC
- Proficient in using Geometric dimensioning and Tolerance ( GD&T)
- Conduct miscellaneous surface plate inspections and handle gauge setup / Calibration
- Investigate instances of mismeasurement to identify research, analyze & report measurement problems.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Devanhalli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
