**Job Location**:Charkop, Kandivali West.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Assist in managing taxation processes ensuring timely payments and compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and support them during audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- B.Com Graduate.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a CA firm.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
