**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner. The Dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring delivery schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and managing daily logistics operations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and equipment as needed to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor delivery progress and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates on deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, vehicles, drivers, and equipment.
- Ensure that all vehicles, drivers, and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GPS and transportation management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
