Welding Foreman

**Position: Welding Foreman**

**Location - Saudi Arabia**

**Salary**:Negotiable

Minimum 3 years experience required

Oil & Gas experience required.

**Qualification**: High school diploma

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and Lead the Welding Team**:

- Manage a team of welders, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring proper training and skill development.
- Ensure all team members follow safe working practices, and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and technical support to welders as needed, addressing any issues that arise during operations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all welding work is carried out according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of welds, equipment, and completed projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain records of inspections, weld certifications, and project outcomes.
- **Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop work schedules, ensuring that the team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflow continuity and timely completion of projects.
- **Material and Equipment Management**:

- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of welding equipment and materials.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and that inventory levels are adequate to meet project needs.
- **Safety Management**:

- Monitor the work environment to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Investigate accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions to improve safety performance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of work completed, welding certifications, and safety audits.
- Provide regular reports on project status, team performance, and any issues that need to be addressed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure proper coordination across departments.
- Communicate any changes in the scope of work or project timelines to the welding team and ensure they are implemented effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred.
- Shutdown

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
