**Job description**
**Creative Textile Designer**
**Location: Churchgate, Mumbai**
**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:
Conceptualize and develop themes, concepts, mood boards after analysing trends for woven fabrics.
l Create original prints, patterns, and textures, incorporating a various techniques.
l Experiment with color palettes, materials, and finishes to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
**Trend & Fabric Analysis**:
l Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and têxtile trends by researching design platforms, industry publications, and analyzing market data.
l Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative and marketable designs.
**Technical Expertise**:
l Possess an understanding of têxtile production processes, including weaving, printing, and dyeing.
l Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be produced efficiently.
l Troubleshoot design and production issues, and implement solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
**Client Collaboration**:
l Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
l Present design concepts and prototypes effectively, and address client feedback and revisions.
l Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
**Sample Creation**:
l Create physical samples to showcase designs and communicate ideas effectively.
l Oversee the production of samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
l Complete final collections seasonally & present it to the marketing team.
**Who has done their Graduation from NIFT is more preffered.**
