About the Role

This is a hands-on development role focused on end-to-end automation lifecycle support, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment of automation workflows.

Support existing automation solutions by performing regular monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Document process automation designs, configurations, and technical details clearly and consistently.

Engage in cross-platform automation projects and demonstrate adaptability across tools and technologies.

Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards, reusability, and bot performance.

Required Qualifications
4-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with at least 2-3 years in UiPath.

Experience building automation for web, desktop, and legacy systems, including use of selectors, OCR, APIs, and queues.

Exposure to or working knowledge of Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) is highly preferred.

Experience with Orchestrator, REFramework, and attended/unattended bots.

Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.

Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices is an advantage.

Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and automation best practices.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

UiPath Certified Developer (Associate or Advanced).

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to automation governance, security practices, and compliance standards.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders across IT and business.
