Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations of ready mix concrete plant.

Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump Incharge to ensure equipment are properly maintained.

Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

The Position is overall responsible to plan, execute and perform mechanical maintenance.

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
